Processing time is the time it takes to prepare an order, not including your shipping method.
Tumblers & Drinkware
Tumblers and drinkware can take up to 8 days to process before it ships.
Party Decorations
Party Decorations can take up to 2 weeks to process before it ships.
Other Items
Other miscellaneous items can take up to 8 days to process, if item is getting personalized. 2 business days if no personalization is needed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Please place your order accordingly to insure your item(s) arrive on time.
Please contact USPS providing them your tracking information if the item was not received or tracking has not moved in 3 business days for US orders or 5 business days for International orders.
Refund policy
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or an error on our behalf we can not except the return.
If the box is received defective, so has your item(s), you will have to put a claim with USPS providing them tracking for a full refund through the postal service. If the item is re-purchased we will expedite that order.
